Duties & Responsibilities

  • Formulate and implement marketing and brand-building strategies for the School.
  • Develop content and manage the School's website and social media platforms.
  • Plan and organize events including seminars, workshops, ceremonies, and conferences.
  • Maintain communication with alumni groups and strengthen the alumni network.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to establish partnerships and collaborative efforts.
  • Assist with media liaison and prepare press materials.
  • Working beyond office hours may be required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Media Production, Marketing, or related fields.
  • At least 4 years' post-qualification executive experience in Marketing, Media Communication, and Event Management.
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
  • Strong project management skills with ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Must meet university English language requirements.

Appointment

  • Contract — initially up to 2 years with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
