Duties & Responsibilities
- Formulate and implement marketing and brand-building strategies for the School.
- Develop content and manage the School's website and social media platforms.
- Plan and organize events including seminars, workshops, ceremonies, and conferences.
- Maintain communication with alumni groups and strengthen the alumni network.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to establish partnerships and collaborative efforts.
- Assist with media liaison and prepare press materials.
- Working beyond office hours may be required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Communications, Media Production, Marketing, or related fields.
- At least 4 years' post-qualification executive experience in Marketing, Media Communication, and Event Management.
- Excellent command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
- Strong project management skills with ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent interpersonal, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Must meet university English language requirements.
Appointment
- Contract — initially up to 2 years with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
