Duties & Responsibilities
- Support the Faculty's advancement and donation-related initiatives, including proposal drafting and stakeholder liaison.
- Administer donation workflows and Research Matching Grant Scheme (RMGS) applications.
- Handle centre and unit establishment and related administrative activities.
- Process nominations and recommendations for appointments, awards, and honours.
- Implement new research initiatives of the Faculty and University.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with good academic standing.
- At least 3 years' proven post-qualification executive experience, preferably at tertiary institutions or public organisations.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Fluency meeting English language requirements specified on the HRO website.
- High level of computer literacy.
- Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
- Self-motivated, meticulous, and resilient personality with a positive work attitude.
- Ability to manage multiple projects independently under tight timelines.
Appointment
- Contract — up to 2 years (with contract-end gratuity for a 2-year contract), commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
