Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the Faculty's advancement and donation-related initiatives, including proposal drafting and stakeholder liaison.
  • Administer donation workflows and Research Matching Grant Scheme (RMGS) applications.
  • Handle centre and unit establishment and related administrative activities.
  • Process nominations and recommendations for appointments, awards, and honours.
  • Implement new research initiatives of the Faculty and University.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree with good academic standing.
  • At least 3 years' proven post-qualification executive experience, preferably at tertiary institutions or public organisations.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Fluency meeting English language requirements specified on the HRO website.
  • High level of computer literacy.
  • Strong analytical, interpersonal, communication, and organisational skills.
  • Self-motivated, meticulous, and resilient personality with a positive work attitude.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects independently under tight timelines.

Appointment

  • Contract — up to 2 years (with contract-end gratuity for a 2-year contract), commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
