Duties & Responsibilities

  • Champion branding campaigns through strategic event planning, multimedia content creation, and brand communication materials.
  • Ensure consistent brand identity across all promotional and communications materials by reviewing and enhancing materials from internal and external sources.
  • Serve as an internal consultant advising departments on branding strategies aligned with the School's mission.
  • Liaise and coordinate with PR agencies, students, alumni, faculty, and administrative offices to support communications and events.
  • Draft high-level speeches, messages, and briefing materials for senior management in English and Chinese.
  • Manage office budget and track campaign performance.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations, Marketing, Advertising, Business, or related disciplines.
  • Fulfilled language requirements as specified on the Human Resources Office website.
