Duties & Responsibilities
- Coordinate support services for students with special educational needs across university units and external parties.
- Meet with individual students with SEN to provide guidance and support.
- Monitor, review, and enhance SEN support services in collaboration with senior management.
- Plan and implement education programmes and awareness activities for students and staff.
- Offer training and supervision to the student service team on SEN-related service projects.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree, preferably in Counselling, Education, Psychology, Social Work or related disciplines.
- At least 3 years' post-qualification executive experience with supervisory experience in administration and office management.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Self-motivation, initiative, and good team spirit.
- Prior experience working with individuals with SEN is advantageous.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — 2-year initial contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
