Duties & Responsibilities

  • Coordinate support services for students with special educational needs across university units and external parties.
  • Meet with individual students with SEN to provide guidance and support.
  • Monitor, review, and enhance SEN support services in collaboration with senior management.
  • Plan and implement education programmes and awareness activities for students and staff.
  • Offer training and supervision to the student service team on SEN-related service projects.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Counselling, Education, Psychology, Social Work or related disciplines.
  • At least 3 years' post-qualification executive experience with supervisory experience in administration and office management.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Self-motivation, initiative, and good team spirit.
  • Prior experience working with individuals with SEN is advantageous.

Appointment

  • Full-time contract — 2-year initial contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
