Duties & Responsibilities

  • Manage and optimize social media channels across Chinese Mainland, Hong Kong, and international platforms.
  • Lead video content creation projects including concepts, scripts, and production flows.
  • Create tailored social campaigns aligned with institutional academic values.
  • Manage paid social media campaigns and adapt strategies to regional differences.
  • Support project management for campaigns and content production.
  • Ensure cross-team communication, timely delivery, and high-quality outputs.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Advertising, or related field.
  • At least 5 years of post-qualification executive experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Proven experience developing successful social campaigns with strong video production skills.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese including Putonghua.
  • Strong ability to navigate cultural nuances across Greater China and international markets.
  • Excellent project management abilities with creative mindset and attention to detail.
  • Passion for higher education and collaborative team environment.
  • Basic video editing skills preferred; experience in corporate, advertising, education, or non-profit sectors desirable.
