Duties & Responsibilities
- Plan and organise career development programmes for students.
- Manage campus recruitment services and engagement events.
- Conduct surveys on career services and graduate employment outcomes.
- Provide guidance and advice to students on career planning.
- Contribute to other projects organised by the Office of Student Affairs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a good Bachelor's degree.
- Meet English language requirements as specified by the institution.
- Have at least 3 years of relevant post-qualification executive experience, preferably in human resources, student services, career services, or training and development.
- Demonstrate excellent command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
- Possess excellent IT skills and knowledge of statistical methods.
- Display outstanding interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
- Have solid experience in event management.
- Be able to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — 2 years with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
