Duties & Responsibilities

  • Plan and organise career development programmes for students.
  • Manage campus recruitment services and engagement events.
  • Conduct surveys on career services and graduate employment outcomes.
  • Provide guidance and advice to students on career planning.
  • Contribute to other projects organised by the Office of Student Affairs.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a good Bachelor's degree.
  • Meet English language requirements as specified by the institution.
  • Have at least 3 years of relevant post-qualification executive experience, preferably in human resources, student services, career services, or training and development.
  • Demonstrate excellent command of English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
  • Possess excellent IT skills and knowledge of statistical methods.
  • Display outstanding interpersonal, organisational, and communication skills.
  • Have solid experience in event management.
  • Be able to work independently and as part of a team under pressure.

Appointment

  • Full-time contract — 2 years with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
