Duties & Responsibilities

  • Work with the Programme Director to develop the new MSc programme's strategic identity and positioning.
  • Design and implement student recruitment, admissions, and promotional strategies including webinars and industry forums.
  • Coordinate programme activities such as course planning, timetabling, and student enquiries.
  • Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth programme delivery.
  • Manage student activities and support student affairs.
  • Provide secretarial support to the programme committee.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree and evidence of English language proficiency.
  • Minimum 5 years of post-qualification executive experience.
  • Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT applications.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Willingness to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
  • Prior experience in sports, event planning, or tertiary institutions is preferred.

Appointment

  • Full-time, 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity; renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
