Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with the Programme Director to develop the new MSc programme's strategic identity and positioning.
- Design and implement student recruitment, admissions, and promotional strategies including webinars and industry forums.
- Coordinate programme activities such as course planning, timetabling, and student enquiries.
- Liaise with internal departments and external partners to ensure smooth programme delivery.
- Manage student activities and support student affairs.
- Provide secretarial support to the programme committee.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree and evidence of English language proficiency.
- Minimum 5 years of post-qualification executive experience.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT applications.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
- Willingness to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
- Prior experience in sports, event planning, or tertiary institutions is preferred.
Appointment
- Full-time, 2-year contract with contract-end gratuity; renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
