Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support the Programme Director in strategic development and operational management of a new MSc programme.
  • Develop and implement student recruitment, admissions, and promotional strategies, including organising webinars and industry engagement events.
  • Coordinate programme activities such as course planning, timetabling, and handling student enquiries.
  • Oversee daily programme administration and liaise with internal units and external partners.
  • Manage student activities, support student affairs, and provide secretarial support to the programme committee.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a good Bachelor's degree and meet the English Language requirement.
  • Have at least 5 years' post-qualification executive experience.
  • Demonstrate strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Possess proficiency in Microsoft Office and general IT applications.
  • Show self-motivation, strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and excellent interpersonal abilities.
  • Be willing to work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, and undertake occasional business travel.
  • Prior experience in sports-related industries, event planning, or tertiary institutions is preferred.

Appointment

  • Full-time contract — 2-year initial contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
