Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide executive support to the Director and academic staff.
  • Oversee office administration, operational management, and programme-related matters.
  • Coordinate human resources and personnel-related activities.
  • Facilitate local and international institutional collaborations and academic activities.
  • Manage budgets, financial and fund administration for academic, educational, and research activities.
  • Support the administration of research grants and projects.
  • Supervise junior staff and assist with daily office administration.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a good Bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
  • Meet language requirements as specified on the Human Resources Office website.
  • Have at least 5 years' post-qualification administrative or executive experience, preferably in academic or programme administration at tertiary institutions.
  • Demonstrate excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Possess strong problem-solving, analytical skills, and project execution capability.
  • Show excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Be able to multitask, work independently, and accomplish tasks effectively.
  • Display diligent, self-motivated work manner with strong sense of responsibility.
  • Be proficient in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Submit copies of certificates proving language and academic qualifications.

Appointment

  • Full-time, 2-year contract, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
