Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist Programme Directors in managing postgraduate and professional diploma programmes.
- Oversee division administration including financial budgeting, accounts, human resources, and projects.
- Plan, organise and market local and international academic events and seminars.
- Provide secretarial support to meetings and supervise junior staff.
- Assist with daily office administration and perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree from a recognised university.
- At least 3 years' post-qualification executive experience, preferably in academic administration or project co-ordination at tertiary institutions.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and project execution skills with excellent interpersonal and communication abilities.
- Ability to multitask, work independently, and accomplish tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Diligent, self-motivated work manner with strong sense of responsibility.
- Must satisfy English language requirements as specified on the HRO website.
Appointment
- Full-time, 1-year contract commencing as soon as possible, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
