Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop understanding of programme needs and act as liaison between programmes, students, trainers and the office.
  • Source and maintain connections with external trainers for workshop delivery.
  • Develop and organise career workshops, events, and student activities.
  • Manage graduate employment surveys in collaboration with programme teams.
  • Handle day-to-day communications with programmes regarding events and relationships.
  • Contribute to the development of the CRM system.
  • Complete ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Meet English language requirements as specified on the HR website.
  • At least 5 years' post-qualification work experience, preferably in project management, account management, or customer service.
  • Sound commercial sense and customer service orientation.
  • Knowledge of current employment trends in the Greater Bay Area.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Simplified Chinese) with fluency in Putonghua.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
