Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop understanding of programme needs and act as liaison between programmes, students, trainers and the office.
- Source and maintain connections with external trainers for workshop delivery.
- Develop and organise career workshops, events, and student activities.
- Manage graduate employment surveys in collaboration with programme teams.
- Handle day-to-day communications with programmes regarding events and relationships.
- Contribute to the development of the CRM system.
- Complete ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree.
- Meet English language requirements as specified on the HR website.
- At least 5 years' post-qualification work experience, preferably in project management, account management, or customer service.
- Sound commercial sense and customer service orientation.
- Knowledge of current employment trends in the Greater Bay Area.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Simplified Chinese) with fluency in Putonghua.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
