Duties & Responsibilities
- Support planning and execution of the Faculty's Redevelopment/Expansion Projects.
- Liaise and collaborate with internal and external counterparts including government departments, Hospital Authority, and contractors.
- Administer facilities management and classroom booking matters.
- Compile data, reports, floor plans, and meeting notes.
- Handle procurement-related tasks and provide secretarial support to committees.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Building Management, Surveying, or related disciplines.
- Have at least 3 years' post-qualification executive experience.
- Be proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
- Be proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Chinese word-processing.
- Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, responsibility, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
- Fulfill the English language requirements specified on the university HR website.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — 2-year initial contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
