Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support planning and execution of the Faculty's Redevelopment/Expansion Projects.
  • Liaise and collaborate with internal and external counterparts including government departments, Hospital Authority, and contractors.
  • Administer facilities management and classroom booking matters.
  • Compile data, reports, floor plans, and meeting notes.
  • Handle procurement-related tasks and provide secretarial support to committees.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Building Management, Surveying, or related disciplines.
  • Have at least 3 years' post-qualification executive experience.
  • Be proficient in both written and spoken Chinese and English.
  • Be proficient in MS Excel, Word, and Chinese word-processing.
  • Demonstrate attention to detail, accuracy, responsibility, problem-solving skills, and excellent communication abilities.
  • Fulfill the English language requirements specified on the university HR website.

Appointment

  • Full-time contract — 2-year initial contract with contract-end gratuity, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
