Duties & Responsibilities

  • Handle and plan financial and other resources for government-funded and self-financed activities.
  • Monitor financial status, spatial provision, and review budgets across the School and its units.
  • Perform financial control and complete management reports for various teams and projects.
  • Assist in devising and implementing financial and resources guidelines.
  • Serve as main contact point with stakeholders on financial and spatial resources matters.
  • Supervise and mentor junior administrative staff.
  • Plan, coordinate, and support Faculty-wide events and initiatives.
  • Work flexible hours and travel for business purposes as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • At least 5 years' post-qualification work experience in financial and resources matters.
  • Experience in the local tertiary education sector preferred.
  • Strong sense of commitment and ownership.
  • Excellent analytical, communication, interpersonal, organisational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Collaborative attitude with ability to work independently and as a team member.
