Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee programme and curriculum management, including assessment and quality assurance.
- Plan and implement student recruitment, marketing strategies, and social media management.
- Manage student engagement, learning development, advising, and career programmes.
- Plan and coordinate overseas study trips and student learning activities.
- Manage programme operations, budget, and accounting matters.
- Provide administrative and committee secretarial support.
- Supervise and coach support staff.
- Develop and engage stakeholders to enrich student learning experiences (Position B).
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a good Bachelor's degree.
- Meet English language requirements as specified on the institutional website.
- Have at least 5 years' post-qualification executive experience, preferably in higher education.
- Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Have strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
- Show strong self-motivation and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Work independently and collaboratively as a team member.
