Duties & Responsibilities

  • Oversee programme and curriculum management, including assessment and quality assurance.
  • Plan and implement student recruitment, marketing strategies, and social media management.
  • Manage student engagement, learning development, advising, and career programmes.
  • Plan and coordinate overseas study trips and student learning activities.
  • Manage programme operations, budget, and accounting matters.
  • Provide administrative and committee secretarial support.
  • Supervise and coach support staff.
  • Develop and engage stakeholders to enrich student learning experiences (Position B).

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a good Bachelor's degree.
  • Meet English language requirements as specified on the institutional website.
  • Have at least 5 years' post-qualification executive experience, preferably in higher education.
  • Demonstrate excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Have strong command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
  • Show strong self-motivation and ability to multitask under pressure.
  • Work independently and collaboratively as a team member.
