Duties & Responsibilities

  • Support planning, coordination, and implementation of student development initiatives that enhance the MBA student experience and community.
  • Coordinate stakeholder development programmes including the CAP Programme and assist with the LEAP Programme.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation of career-related activities and events.
  • Manage participant communication, event logistics, scheduling, and post-event evaluation and follow-up.
  • Prepare programme materials, administrative documents, reports, and evaluation summaries.
  • Organize student engagement events to promote knowledge-sharing, communication, and positive class culture.
  • Develop and execute student communication strategies to build relationships and foster class bonding.
  • Coordinate ceremonial events such as opening and graduation ceremonies.
  • Coordinate meeting arrangements, maintain records, and assist in preparing presentation materials and reports.
  • Collect and consolidate student feedback and participation data to support programme review and improvement.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Strong project coordination and communication skills required.
  • Proactive approach to working with students and stakeholders.
  • Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks and events simultaneously.
  • Experience in student development, event management, or related field preferred.
