Duties & Responsibilities

Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and data visualizations to support leadership decision-making.
Analyze data to identify trends and opportunities that drive fundraising and alumni engagement strategies.
Perform data cleansing, validation, and documentation to maintain data quality and integrity.
Prepare datasets for potential machine learning models in advancement activities.
Collaborate with team members to understand business needs and contribute analytical solutions.
Apply data governance and compliance practices across systems and workflows.
Contribute ideas to improve the Lab's data strategy and roadmap.

Bachelor's degree or above in AI, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Information Systems, Mathematics, Engineering, Quantitative Finance, or related quantitative field.
Proficiency in or willingness to learn AI tools and technologies.
Fresh graduates or candidates with 1–2 years of work experience welcome.
Basic proficiency in or willingness to learn SQL and Python.
Familiarity with or interest in learning data visualization platforms such as Power BI, Tableau, or Qlik.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to work with structured datasets and ensure accuracy.
Clear communication skills and ability to present findings.
Proactive attitude, eagerness to learn, and ability to work independently and collaboratively.
