Duties & Responsibilities
- Deliver high-quality training advice and develop tailored fitness programs for diverse populations.
- Conduct health and fitness assessments in on-site and clinical settings.
- Prepare presentations, reports and educational materials.
- Assist in fitness and wellness projects.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognized degree, preferably in Exercise Science, Sports Coaching, Strength and Conditioning or equivalent.
- Have at least 3 years' experience in coaching or teaching.
- Demonstrate excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese, preferably with Putonghua proficiency.
- Be dynamic, proactive and capable of working independently and collaboratively.
- Possess a valid fitness training certificate (e.g. NSCA, ASCA, ACSM qualifications) as an advantage.
Appointment
- Full-time, two-year fixed-term contract with possibility of renewal subject to funding and performance; includes contract-end gratuity and up to 10% University contribution to retirement benefits scheme.
