Duties & Responsibilities

  • Formulate and execute administrative policies for campus operations and facilities management across three campuses.
  • Lead a team managing maintenance, renovation, repairs, and property management while promoting energy efficiency and sustainability.
  • Plan and execute work orders for building facilities including security, cleaning, catering, and carpark management.
  • Supervise and monitor contractor and service provider performance.
  • Prepare maintenance schedules and conduct facility inspections to support teaching, learning, and campus events.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Hold a recognized degree in Building Surveying, Building Services Engineering, Civil and Structural Engineering, or related field.
  • Have at least 2 years' relevant work experience in renovation, building/facilities management, or contract administration.
  • Demonstrate strong technical skills, analytical mindset, management capability, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Possess high proficiency in MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and AutoCAD.
  • Achieve high proficiency in English and Chinese.
