Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise accounting staff while collaborating with finance teams on financial reports and analysis.
- Provide financial support to research projects, including fund monitoring and report submission.
- Participate in budget preparation, budgetary control, and delivery of forecasts and strategic plans.
- Prepare internal and external financial reports and support month-end and year-end closing activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in accounting or finance with membership in a recognised professional accounting body.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in sizeable organisations, including at least 3 years in a supervisory role.
- Strong numerical and data analysis skills with proficiency in Oracle, Hyperion, Power BI, and spreadsheet management.
- Excellent English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua) communication skills with proactive problem-solving abilities.
