Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and expand local and global internship opportunities in partnership with over 150 community organisations.
- Support undergraduate students through internship guidance, mentorship, and structured academic activities.
- Build and sustain partnerships with organisations to enhance experiential learning opportunities.
- Align internship initiatives with curriculum objectives and develop assessment frameworks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree or above in social sciences or a related discipline.
- At least five years of post-qualification experience in experiential learning, programme development, or internship management.
- Demonstrated success in developing and managing internship or experiential learning programmes.
- Strong organisational and communication skills with fluency in English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua).
Appointment
- Fractional fixed-term contract for two years, with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding.
