Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality instruction in drum courses with primary focus on group lessons.
- Work collaboratively with the Artistic Director and Music Director to promote Chinese music appreciation.
- Cultivate students' enthusiasm for Chinese music and foster their sense of community belonging.
- Tailor teaching methodologies and select instructional materials to meet diverse student proficiency levels.
- Demonstrate dedication to teaching excellence and promote students' musical growth and participation.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Specialization in drum performance required.
- Master's degree or equivalent qualification in a related field required.
