Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct high-quality research in management and publish in premier journals.
- Teach management courses with a load of two courses in the first year and three courses thereafter for assistant professors.
- Contribute to building a global research hub in management studies.
- Mentor students and participate in departmental activities.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold an earned doctorate in a relevant discipline at the time of appointment.
- Demonstrate a record of publishing or strong potential to publish in premium management journals.
- Show demonstrated capacity for quality teaching.
- For senior positions, maintain a strong publication record and teaching experience in MBA or EMBA programs.
Appointment
- Full-time, tenured or tenure-track at all ranks (assistant, associate, or full professor); tenure requires formal review.
