Duties & Responsibilities

Design and implement teacher and school networks with project leaders.
Coordinate with different parties to ensure smooth implementation of networks.
Design and deliver professional development workshops on STEAM education, AI, and innovation leadership.
Develop STEAM curricula integrating AI technologies and self-directed learning strategies with project teachers.
Develop, implement and evaluate school-based support plans independently.
Prepare project proposals, research papers, case studies and design project resources.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research to generate knowledge from support experience.

Ph.D. in STEAM/science education, artificial intelligence, e-learning, curriculum studies, or related discipline.
Recognized teaching qualification.
At least seven years of relevant experience in science teaching, curriculum development, or professional school support.
Strong record of pedagogical innovation and teacher learning support preferred.
Research experience in teacher learning or school development innovations preferred.
Prior school leadership positions or large-scale project management experience preferred.

Full-time or Part-time; 1-year temporary contract commencing September 1, 2026 (or as soon as possible thereafter).
