Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct independent research on STEAM education, artificial intelligence, and transformative leadership.
- Prepare publications for peer-reviewed journals and books.
- Liaise with project schools, professional bodies, and stakeholders to facilitate research implementation.
- Assist with project implementation, development of deliverables, and administrative and promotional tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Ph.D. degree in education, social sciences, STEAM, science education, artificial intelligence, or related discipline.
- Experience in analysing survey and assessment data.
- Familiarity with digital literacy literature and factors influencing student educational achievement.
- Expertise in large-scale quantitative research using advanced statistical methods (multiple linear regression, mediation analysis, multilevel modelling, latent variable models).
- Strong organizational skills and ability to work under tight deadlines.
- High proficiency in English writing and ability to communicate research findings to academic and general audiences.
- Self-motivated, responsible, and capable of independent and collaborative work.
