Duties & Responsibilities
- Develop and execute proposed research projects on second language education and artificial intelligence.
- Plan, conduct, and manage the research project from inception to completion.
- Produce high-quality SSCI journal publications independently and collaboratively with the principal investigator.
- Analyze quantitative and longitudinal data collected from projects.
- Review literature related to EMI, self-regulated learning, multimodal listening, and artificial intelligence.
- Perform additional project-related duties as instructed by the project leader.
Requirements & Qualifications
- PhD degree in a relevant field.
- High proficiency in English and Chinese.
- Strong track record of high-quality publications in SSCI-indexed journals.
- Competence in conceptualizing mixed-methods and quantitative research.
- Excellent skills in analyzing quantitative and longitudinal data.
- Knowledge of second language education, artificial intelligence, and English-medium instruction.
Appointment
- Full-time, Contract — one year (renewable subject to satisfactory performance and mutual agreement).
