Duties & Responsibilities

Lead a team of training and research officers on an end-of-life community care project.
Ensure all training and research deliverables are completed on time.
Perform administrative duties and prepare regular reports to funders, collaborators, and directors.
Teach in professional training programmes and conduct public education activities.

Master's degree or above in Social Work, Gerontology, Mental Health, Psychology, Behavioral Health, Counselling, Management, or related field.
At least 5-8 years of relevant experience managing professional and public education projects, preferably in medical and social work.
Fluent written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese) and English.
Knowledge of palliative care, family counseling, art therapy, therapeutic groups, and bereavement care is advantageous.
