Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and deliver professional development workshops on STEAM education, AI, and innovation leadership for teachers and school leaders.
- Collaborate with project teachers to develop STEAM curricula integrating AI technologies and self-directed learning strategies.
- Develop, implement, and evaluate school-based support plans for project schools independently.
- Build multi-level innovation and leadership capacity within project schools.
- Draft project proposals, reports, case studies, and design resources; conduct qualitative and quantitative research.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in STEAM education, artificial intelligence, education, science, mathematics, information technology, engineering, or related field.
- Minimum four years' experience in teaching, school-based support, or project management.
- Strong written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese) proficiency.
- Preference for advanced degrees in science education, recognized teaching qualifications, or prior school leadership experience.
