Duties & Responsibilities
- Assist the Principal Investigator in managing research projects.
- Conduct literature reviews, data collection, and data analysis.
- Prepare presentations, draft proposals and reports.
- Supervise junior research staff members.
- Collaborate with scholars, experts, and multidisciplinary professionals locally and internationally.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree in Social Sciences, Statistics, Social Work, Sociology, Psychology, Criminology or related field.
- At least one year of post-graduate research experience.
- Proficiency in advanced quantitative analysis methods (SEM, multi-level modelling, factor analysis).
- Experience with statistical software (STATA, SPSS, R).
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese, including Cantonese.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and independent working skills.
- Interest in family and mental health topics is preferred.
Appointment
- Full-time / Part-time — Commencement as soon as possible with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
