Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct school visits, literature reviews, surveys, and interviews.
- Perform data collection, management, and analysis using qualitative and quantitative methods.
- Organize project events, workshops, and conferences.
- Write reports, draft school communications, and develop project deliverables.
- Handle daily project administration and other assigned duties.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in social sciences, education, or a related discipline.
- Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese).
- Strong communication, IT, and organizational skills.
- Experience with research methods (interviews, SPSS data analysis) and project management preferred.
- Higher degree in STEAM, artificial intelligence, or education is advantageous.
- Familiarity with local education context and curriculum design is preferred.
