Duties & Responsibilities
- Oversee project timeline and deliverables for the Programme for International Student Assessment (PISA) 2025 in Hong Kong.
- Verify data quality and analyze quantitative and qualitative data.
- Write research reports and communicate findings to stakeholders.
- Liaise with OECD, government representatives, schools, and project team members.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Project Leader.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree or above, preferably in education.
- At least 5 years of experience in educational research and large-scale studies.
- Proficiency in project management, coordination, and report writing.
- Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese.
- Advanced statistical and analytical skills (e.g., SPSS, R).
- Strong administrative and organizational skills and ability to work independently.
Appointment
- Full-time; Contract from commencement date until February 29, 2028, with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
