Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct literature reviews and synthesize research findings.
- Develop research materials, resources, and programme content.
- Manage research data, perform statistical analysis, and prepare reports.
- Supervise junior research staff and coordinate day-to-day operations (Senior Research Assistant level).
- Assist in preparing manuscripts, presentations, and other research outputs.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Social Sciences, Education, or related discipline.
- For Senior Research Assistant: 3+ years post-qualification experience, or Master's degree with 1+ year experience, or Ph.D. degree.
- Ability to independently manage research tasks and supervise junior staff (Senior level).
- Familiarity with SPSS or other statistical analysis software (preferred).
- For Research Assistant I/II: Microsoft Excel proficiency and English typing speed of 50+ w.p.m. and Chinese 30+ w.p.m. (preferred).
Appointment
- Full-time contract from August 1, 2026 to September 30, 2027, with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability.
