Duties & Responsibilities

Coordinate research design and planning for swallowing management interventions in older adults
Oversee project implementation and ensure quality research outcomes
Develop and conduct community-based swallowing interventions
Manage data collection, monitoring and interpretation processes
Write and submit scientific publications and research reports
Supervise research staff and provide training

Hold a doctoral or master's degree in science, preferably in speech-language pathology
Have at least three years of relevant post-qualification research experience
Be a qualified Speech Language Pathologist registered in Hong Kong
Possess excellent academic background and experience in elderly clinical settings
Be proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese preferred)
Demonstrate strong interpersonal, communication and organizational skills

Full-time, 9-month temporary contract (possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance and funding availability)
