Duties & Responsibilities

Provide strategic leadership and oversee multi-partner projects involving international agencies.
Lead liaison and engagement with external stakeholders including government departments, NGOs, and funders.
Design and deliver training and capacity-building activities such as lectures and seminars.
Support development and implementation of research and knowledge translation agendas for healthy ageing.
Oversee project administration, governance, reporting, and quality assurance.
Perform fieldwork outside the office as required.

Master's degree or above, preferably in Public Health, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related health discipline.
At least ten years of post-qualification experience in project or programme management at senior level.
Proven track record of managing relationships with senior stakeholders across diverse sectors.
Demonstrated experience planning and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
Strong strategic thinking, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
