Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversee multi-partner projects involving international agencies.
- Lead liaison and engagement with external stakeholders including government departments, NGOs, and funders.
- Design and deliver training and capacity-building activities such as lectures and seminars.
- Support development and implementation of research and knowledge translation agendas for healthy ageing.
- Oversee project administration, governance, reporting, and quality assurance.
- Perform fieldwork outside the office as required.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Master's degree or above, preferably in Public Health, Social Sciences, Public Administration, or related health discipline.
- At least ten years of post-qualification experience in project or programme management at senior level.
- Proven track record of managing relationships with senior stakeholders across diverse sectors.
- Demonstrated experience planning and delivering complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
- Strong strategic thinking, organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese.
