Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead initiatives that enhance student experiential learning in alignment with strategic objectives.
- Initiate and deliver student development programmes including national education and leadership initiatives.
- Mentor student leaders to foster civic responsibility, resilience, and cross-cultural understanding.
- Oversee and manage student associations, bodies, and societies while ensuring policy compliance and inclusivity.
- Participate in crisis management and provide timely support and guidance to students.
- Represent the office at university ceremonies and student functions, serving as liaison between students and senior management.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Good honors degree, preferably with a higher degree.
- At least ten years' post-qualification experience at an appropriate level.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
- Excellent execution abilities and strong interpersonal, managerial, and organizational skills.
- Proven leadership qualities, strong team spirit, and analytical and communication skills.
- Cultural sensitivity, initiative, and flexibility in working hours.
Appointment
- Contract — up to two years, renewable subject to mutual agreement.
