Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead initiatives that enhance student experiential learning in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Initiate and deliver student development programmes including national education and leadership initiatives.
  • Mentor student leaders to foster civic responsibility, resilience, and cross-cultural understanding.
  • Oversee and manage student associations, bodies, and societies while ensuring policy compliance and inclusivity.
  • Participate in crisis management and provide timely support and guidance to students.
  • Represent the office at university ceremonies and student functions, serving as liaison between students and senior management.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Good honors degree, preferably with a higher degree.
  • At least ten years' post-qualification experience at an appropriate level.
  • Excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Excellent execution abilities and strong interpersonal, managerial, and organizational skills.
  • Proven leadership qualities, strong team spirit, and analytical and communication skills.
  • Cultural sensitivity, initiative, and flexibility in working hours.

Appointment

  • Contract — up to two years, renewable subject to mutual agreement.
