Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide clerical and logistical support to university events and initiatives.
- Maintain databases and manage web forms.
- Handle procurement, payment procedures, and documentation.
- Manage team inventory and oversee storage arrangements.
- Support production of publicity and promotional materials.
- Coordinate service bookings and liaise with internal and external service providers.
- Work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays occasionally.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Completed secondary education with Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects including Chinese and English.
- Fast and accurate typing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database development.
- At least 2 years' post-qualification work experience in administrative or event support.
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).
- Demonstrates agility, meticulousness, attentiveness to detail, diligence, and high professionalism.
- Copies of HKCEE/HKDSE certificates must be submitted with application.
Appointment
- Contract — up to 2 years (with gratuity for 2-year contract), renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
