Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical and logistical support to university events and initiatives.
  • Maintain databases and manage web forms.
  • Handle procurement, payment procedures, and documentation.
  • Manage team inventory and oversee storage arrangements.
  • Support production of publicity and promotional materials.
  • Coordinate service bookings and liaise with internal and external service providers.
  • Work irregular hours including evenings, weekends, and public holidays occasionally.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Completed secondary education with Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects including Chinese and English.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and database development.
  • At least 2 years' post-qualification work experience in administrative or event support.
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua).
  • Demonstrates agility, meticulousness, attentiveness to detail, diligence, and high professionalism.
  • Copies of HKCEE/HKDSE certificates must be submitted with application.

Appointment

  • Contract — up to 2 years (with gratuity for 2-year contract), renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement.
