Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide customer service and clerical support at the enrolment counter.
  • Assist in daily operations of the enrolment team.
  • Provide administrative support for smooth Learning Centre operations.
  • Perform shift duties, including Sundays and public holidays as required.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Completed secondary education with Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 subjects including Chinese and English.
  • Fast and accurate typing skills in Chinese and English.
  • Good computer skills including MS Excel proficiency.
  • Ability to work independently and under pressure with a courteous and hardworking attitude.
  • Must submit copies of HKCEE/HKDSE certificates demonstrating language and academic qualifications.

Appointment

  • Contract — up to 2 years (renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement)
