Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide clerical support for programme delivery and student admissions.
- Handle student admission data and process incoming mail and telephone enquiries.
- Assist in promotion talks, admission interviews, and programme activities.
- Manage document filing, photocopying, scanning, and other assigned clerical tasks.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Completed secondary education with Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 HKCEE/HKDSE subjects including Chinese and English.
- Fast and accurate Chinese and English typing skills.
- Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and good computer literacy.
- Good command of English, Chinese, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
- Must submit copies of HKCEE/HKDSE certificates as proof of qualifications.
Appointment
- Full-time contract — 1 year, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement, commencing as soon as possible.
