Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide clerical support for programme delivery and student admissions.
  • Handle student admission data and process incoming mail and telephone enquiries.
  • Assist in promotion talks, admission interviews, and programme activities.
  • Manage document filing, photocopying, scanning, and other assigned clerical tasks.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Completed secondary education with Grade E/Level 2 or above in at least 5 HKCEE/HKDSE subjects including Chinese and English.
  • Fast and accurate Chinese and English typing skills.
  • Strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and good computer literacy.
  • Good command of English, Chinese, Cantonese, and Putonghua.
  • Must submit copies of HKCEE/HKDSE certificates as proof of qualifications.

Appointment

  • Full-time contract — 1 year, renewable subject to good performance and mutual agreement, commencing as soon as possible.
