Duties & Responsibilities
- Report directly to the Chief Executive Officer and provide strategic leadership to HR and Administration Services Divisions.
- Develop and manage Administrative, Support Services, and HR functions including Board Support, Occupational Health and Safety, Laundry, Catering, Procurement, and Medical Records.
- Ensure effective implementation of operational policies throughout the Hospital.
- Collaborate with fellow managers to support achievement of departmental and organisational goals.
- Ensure optimal utilisation, maintenance, and disposition of Hospital assets and materials.
- Contribute to service planning and development initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency.
- Assist in formulation and execution of organisational policies and strategic plans.
