Duties & Responsibilities

Report to the Hospital Chief Executive and serve as strategic leader for nursing teams and Chinese Medicine Practitioners.
Align nursing teams, hospital departments, and patients to ensure delivery of high-quality integrated Chinese Medicine nursing care.
Equip nursing team with foundational Chinese Medicine theories and translate principles into structured education programmes and clinical protocols.
Manage budget planning and monitoring for the nursing department and programmes.
Provide nursing input in policy formation across divisions, departments, units, and services.
Implement manpower planning, recruitment, deployment, and retention strategies for nursing staff.
Develop and implement staff development plans to facilitate career progression for nurses.
Lead development, implementation, and evaluation of nursing policies.
