Duties & Responsibilities

Deliver sports injury assessments and evidence-based management for national and university athletes.
Design and execute individualised rehabilitation programmes to return athletes to peak performance.
Conduct continual assessment and monitoring to guide rehabilitation progression and return-to-play readiness.
Provide on-field pitch-side injury management and emergency response during training and competitions.
Implement injury prevention and athlete education strategies to enhance player availability.
Maintain precise medical and performance data records.
Communicate player status, rehabilitation milestones, and risk assessments clearly and timeously.
Work beyond normal office hours, including weekends and travel outside Hong Kong.

Hold a bachelor's degree or above in Physiotherapy, Sport Physiotherapy, or related disciplines.
Be registered with the Hong Kong Physiotherapists Board with a valid practising certificate.
Have at least five years of post-qualification experience in musculoskeletal or sports physiotherapy.
Have experience supporting athletes during competitions or training camps across different sports.
Have experience as a first responder in acute medical and trauma management in sport settings.
