Duties & Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement innovative communications, branding, and marketing strategies across digital and traditional platforms.
  • Plan, coordinate, and oversee high-profile events, seminars, and conferences to advance the School's strategic priorities.
  • Lead media relations, corporate communications, and public affairs initiatives, including crisis management.
  • Drive content strategy across social media, web, publications, and executive communications channels.
  • Build and maintain relationships with media, industry partners, and stakeholders locally, regionally, and internationally.
  • Lead, manage, and mentor a communications and events team while fostering collaboration.
  • Serve as editorial lead for all official communications, speeches, reports, and thought leadership content.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or related discipline.
  • 10 to 12 years of relevant experience in communications, marketing, corporate affairs, or public relations.
  • Minimum 6 years in senior leadership or supervisory role managing teams and resources.
  • Strong track record in developing impactful communications campaigns and brand positioning.
  • Excellent written and spoken English and Chinese (including Putonghua).
  • Strong understanding of digital communications, social media strategies, and emerging technologies like AI.
  • Strong organisational, leadership, and people management skills.

Appointment

  • Full-time, fixed-term contract of two years with possibility of renewal subject to satisfactory performance.
