Duties & Responsibilities

  • Provide human resources services in recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, and staff engagement.
  • Assist in implementing and enhancing the Human Capital Management System and HR projects.
  • Support the formulation and review of human resources policies and procedures.
  • Provide executive support to HR-related university committees.

Requirements & Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline.
  • Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, data privacy regulations, and related legislations.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
  • Proficiency in Excel and other computer software applications, including HCMS.
