Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide human resources services in recruitment, performance management, compensation and benefits, and staff engagement.
- Assist in implementing and enhancing the Human Capital Management System and HR projects.
- Support the formulation and review of human resources policies and procedures.
- Provide executive support to HR-related university committees.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or relevant discipline.
- Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance, data privacy regulations, and related legislations.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Chinese, including Putonghua.
- Proficiency in Excel and other computer software applications, including HCMS.
