Duties & Responsibilities
- Perform administrative duties in staff recruitment, compensation, training, relations, HR systems, and office administration.
- Supervise and coordinate supporting staff to ensure effective service delivery.
- Assist in formulating, implementing and reviewing operational policies, systems and procedures.
- Undertake committee work in various boards and meetings.
- Provide executive and secretarial support to projects, functions and events.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Hold a recognised degree or equivalent qualification.
- Have at least two years' relevant work experience at executive level, preferably in HR or educational institutions.
- Demonstrate good communication, interpersonal, organisational and administrative skills.
- Show proactive approach and ability to work independently.
- Have good command of spoken and written English and Chinese, preferably including Putonghua.
