Duties & Responsibilities

Establish, oversee, and enhance the new HRSS team and drive operational excellence across HR functions.
Oversee all HR processes related to the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, offboarding, and benefits administration.
Champion operational excellence by optimising HR processes and implementing best practices.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to eliminate redundancies and align HR practices with university-wide standards.
Leverage automation and technology to support streamlined processes and improve employee experience.
Lead, mentor, and develop the HRSS team while promoting professional growth and accountability.

Recognised degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
Proven experience in a shared services role, preferably in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Good understanding of HR processes and technologies with a focus on operational excellence and automation.
Excellent leadership, strategic thinking, and organisational skills with the ability to work independently.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with people at different levels.
Up-to-date knowledge of employment-related ordinances and statutory regulations.
Proficiency in written and verbal communication in English and Chinese, including Putonghua.

Full-time contract — 3 years (fixed-term, re-appointment subject to mutual agreement and funding availability).
