Information Technology Manager (Campus and IT Services Management)

Duties & Responsibilities

Lead digital transformation and smart campus initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and user experience.
Ensure teaching spaces, computer labs, and meeting rooms remain fully functional through proactive monitoring and lifecycle management.
Oversee IT help desk operations and act as escalation point for complex technical issues.
Support development of annual IT operating and capital expenditure budgets by consolidating inputs from multiple departments.
Prepare regular financial reports and dashboards for senior management highlighting trends, risks, and cost drivers.
Maintain accurate inventory of all IT assets including hardware, software, cloud subscriptions, and licenses.
Monitor software license usage and compliance to ensure audit readiness.
Track warranty periods, maintenance agreements, support contracts, and subscription expirations.

7+ years in IT operations and management services.
2+ years in an IT management or service management role.
Proven experience managing IT budgets, vendors, and procurement in medium to large enterprises.
Demonstrated ability to manage hardware, software, license, and subscription inventories.
Experience in contract review, renewal planning, and commercial negotiation.
