Information Technology Manager (Digital Enablement and Solution)

Duties & Responsibilities

Serve as primary intake point for digital experience requirements from cross-department stakeholders and clarify objectives, scope, and success metrics.
Translate business needs into solution concepts, architectures, implementation approaches, and delivery roadmaps.
Drive end-to-end vendor management, including escalation handling, issue resolution, and service expectation monitoring.
Lead commercial discussions with vendors on pricing negotiation and advise stakeholders on cost implications and total cost of ownership.
Prepare and coordinate procurement deliverables including technical tender specifications and governance materials.
Oversee solution delivery from demand intake through planning, implementation, testing, go-live, and closure.
Lead and coach assigned staff and project resources to execute work according to industry best practices.
Maintain expertise in digital experience solutions and assess emerging technology trends for applicability.
Apply AI knowledge to workflow optimisation and productivity enablement.
Prepare executive-ready updates and recommendations covering options, trade-offs, costs, risks, and implementation considerations.
