Duties & Responsibilities
- Lead End User Computing to manage digital workplace environment, IT asset management and network infrastructure.
- Develop and deploy digital workplace solutions, manage VDI systems, and configure Active Directory and Intune/Autopilot infrastructure.
- Provide technical support for end-user systems, applications, remote access and mobility solutions.
- Monitor and troubleshoot issues in digital workplace environments using ITIL framework knowledge.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, computer science or related discipline.
- Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience in End User Computing.
- Strong knowledge of Windows 11, MS Office, Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and Adobe Applications.
- Experience with Microsoft Intune architecture design, policies and features for device management.
