Duties & Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and manage automated workflow solutions to streamline administrative and academic operations.
- Architect and implement RPA applications to enhance operational efficiency across university functions.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative units to identify digital transformation opportunities and deliver tailored solutions.
- Oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, manage vendors, and supervise internal teams and external consultants.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in IT application development with demonstrated success in workflow automation.
- Strong leadership skills with ability to manage and guide technical teams through development projects.
- Excellent project management, communication, and stakeholder engagement skills.
Appointment
- Fixed-term contract — two years; re-appointment subject to performance review and funding availability.
