Duties & Responsibilities
- Design and manage automated workflow solutions to streamline university operations.
- Architect and implement AI-enabled applications to enhance operational efficiency and support data-informed decision-making.
- Build and maintain scalable cloud-native applications using Microsoft Azure and similar platforms.
- Collaborate with academic and administrative units to identify digital transformation opportunities and oversee end-to-end project delivery.
Requirements & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of proven experience in IT application development or systems integration.
- Proficiency in cloud platforms (Azure), workflow automation platforms (ServiceNow, K2), and AI tools (Python, Ollama).
- Proven leadership capability to manage internal technical teams and external consultants with strong project management and communication skills.
