Duties & Responsibilities

Manage overall project planning and course development activities across the university.
Apply instructional design principles to develop high-quality audio-visual, multimedia, and online learning materials.
Provide instructional design, editing, and project management services within course development teams.
Assist in planning and adapting educational courses for full-time and part-time delivery.
Prepare and monitor contracts for course development projects.
Organize professional development workshops and create learning materials on educational technology and teaching strategies.
Undertake other duties assigned by the Director of ALTO.

Hold a recognized degree in education, preferably with a higher degree in educational technology, instructional design, or related discipline.
Have at least 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
Possess teaching experience (preferred).
