Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage overall project planning and course development activities across the university.
- Apply instructional design principles to develop high-quality audio-visual, multimedia, and online learning materials.
- Provide instructional design, editing, and project management services within course development teams.
- Assist course developers in planning and adapting educational courses for full-time and part-time learning.
- Prepare and monitor contracts for course development projects.
- Organize professional development workshops on educational technology and teaching strategies.
- Undertake other duties as assigned by the Director of Advancement of Learning and Teaching.
Requirements & Qualifications
- A recognized degree in education, preferably a higher degree in educational technology, instructional design, or related discipline.
- At least 6 years of relevant post-qualification experience; teaching experience is preferred.
- Substantial experience in instructional design (description cut off in original).
